Shipping & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, carrier, customs clearance and local conditions, and cannot be guaranteed.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping Rates
- United Kingdom: Standard Shipping £5.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £75 or more.
- Ireland, France, Germany and the Netherlands: Standard Shipping £5.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £89 or more.
- United States: Standard Shipping £8.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £129 or more. Express Shipping is available for £15.99, with an estimated carrier transit time of 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: Standard Shipping £8.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £129 or more.
- All other available destinations: Standard Shipping £8.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £149 or more.
Shipping charges and eligibility are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by The Chic Hero and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only before it has been dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
