Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, carrier, customs clearance and local conditions, and cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

First-Order Free Standard Shipping

Eligible new customers receive free standard shipping automatically when the qualifying order subtotal is £29.99 or more.

  • No code is required.
  • The offer applies to standard delivery rates up to £8.99.
  • Express delivery is excluded. The US Express Shipping rate remains £15.99.
  • Eligible new customers may use code FIRST20 for 20% off eligible full-price items and still receive first-order free standard shipping.
  • Automatic basket savings remain available; where product discounts overlap on the same item, the best eligible value applies.
  • Eligibility and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates

  • United Kingdom: Standard Shipping £5.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £75 or more.
  • Ireland, France, Germany and the Netherlands: Standard Shipping £5.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £89 or more.
  • United States: Standard Shipping £8.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £129 or more. Express Shipping is available for £15.99, with an estimated carrier transit time of 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Canada: Standard Shipping £8.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £129 or more.
  • All other available destinations: Standard Shipping £8.99; free Standard Shipping on orders of £149 or more.

Shipping charges and eligibility are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, customer eligibility and order value.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by The Chic Hero and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only before it has been dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
