RETURNS POLICY:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

  • Return Authorization Slip must be included in your return package.

  • Starting 01/01/2023, free return labels are no longer provided.

IMPORTANT:

  • Contact customer service (support@thechichero.com) before mailing returns to obtain authorization.

  • Thechichero reserves the right to refuse returns if items are late, used, or fail to meet conditions. Refunds may be withheld until goods are received.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of shipment confirmation.

  • Only same-item exchanges (color/size) are allowed if the price is unchanged and stock is available.


RETURNS PROCESS:

  1. Repack items with tags and original condition.

  2. Use the returns portal (order number & email required).

  3. Select refund/exchange and provide a reason.

  4. Choose "Ship myself at carrier of my choice" and mail to the authorized return address (US or UK).

  5. Await Return Confirmation email upon processing.


FAULTY PRODUCTS:

  • Defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection. Non-faulty items (used/damaged) will be returned to you.


REFUNDS:

  • Processed within 14 days (bank delays may apply).

  • For incorrect refunds, contact support@thechichero.com.
