RETURNS POLICY:

Thechichero reserves the right to refuse returns if items are late, used, or fail to meet conditions. Refunds may be with held until goods are received.
EXCHANGE POLICY:

Only same-item exchanges (color/size) are allowed if the price is unchanged and stock is available.

FAULTY PRODUCTS:

Defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection. Non-faulty items (used/damaged) will be returned to you.
